The Viltrox Hot Shoe Adapter features a light sensitive slave for use when the adapter is placed on the bottom of a speed-light. The FC-8N and is meant for use off camera in conjunction with a speed light, studio light. Features light sensing slave. It can be placed on a tripod / lightstand / hot shoe /cold shoe and will pick up the light pulse from your on camera flash / speedlite.
